嘉玛.陈Gemma Chan，中文名字陈静，是英国华裔女星的顶流。是牛津大学毕业的高材生。学历高，谈吐优雅，而她由于热爱表演，放弃自己的专业，转行进入了影视行业。     

2018年因《摘金奇缘》让大家熟知，漫威电影《永恒族》她成为了首位漫威女主，能在好莱坞站稳，并不是一件容易的事情。她经历过歧视、偏见和不认可。现在她成为了巴黎欧莱雅的品牌大使，为女性发声，呼吁女性值得拥有自我价值感，勇于表达自己，成为更好的自己。这个视频谈“我值得”的感受，谈在面对歧视和偏见，我们的心态应该是怎样的。

We’re worth it! Though at times in the world tries to make you think that’s not true! There are so many things: systems, patterns and behaviors designed to make you less than, because of our gender, our sexuality, our appearance or our background.

我们值得拥有！尽管世界有时会试图让你觉得不是这样的！有许多系统、模式和行为是为了让你感觉不如别人，因为你的性别、性取向、外表或背景。

We’re worth it！It's a reminder that it’s not true! We all have value. So when we come across bias, prejudice, bullying, online hate, anything like that, we have to remind the world that we’re not going to take it. Because we worth so much more!

我们值得拥有！这是在提醒我们，那不是真的！我们都有自我价值。因此，当我们遭遇偏见、歧视、欺凌、网络仇恨或任何类似的事情时，我们必须提醒世界，我们不会接受这些。因为我们的价值远不值这些！

Say, I’m worth being judged of my character and my capabilities before even you think about asking me where I’m really from. I’m worth being the center of my own story. I’m worth being able to walk down the street without being harassed or even attacked, simply because what I look like or where I’m from.

我值得以我的品格和能力为标准来评价，而不是仅仅因为我的出身而受到评判。我值得成为自己故事的主角。我应该能够在街上自由行走，而不会因为我的外表或出生地遭受骚扰或攻击。

I’m worth respect. And so is she, and so is he. So are they, and so are you. We have to call out discrimination. We have to call out hate. And if we’re able to, we have to stand up for our worth. Because that's the only way the change can happen.

我值得受到尊重。她值得、他也值得、他们和你也同样如此。我们必须揭露歧视。我们必须疾呼仇恨。如果我们有能力，我们必须为自己的价值挺身而出。因为这是改变的唯一途径。

And look! I know it can be painful, and I know it can be scary and I know sometimes it can feel exhausting, and it’s going to take time. But it’s so, so important!

听着！我知道这可能很痛苦，可能很可怕，而且有时候会让人感到精疲力竭，当然这还需要时间。但这是如此，如此重要！

So let’s remind ourselves and say it together out loud: we’re worth it! Because we are! Every single one of us!

所以，让我们提醒自己，一起大声说出来：我们值得拥有！因为我们都是如此宝贵！每一个人都如此！。
